Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.

Your payment details are stored securely, and you'll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term.

If you don't want to renew, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails include a direct link to manage or cancel your subscription.

Products received through a subscription are covered by the same 100-day, 50% refund policy as all Filtrd. orders.

How to Request a Refund or Cancel a Subscription
1. Contact our support team at support@usefiltrd.com within 100 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and explain your situation (for example, the product didn't fit your tap or didn't meet your expectations).
3. Once verified, your refund (50% of the product price) will be processed to your original payment method.
