Because our filters are designed for direct contact with drinking water, we must comply with strict hygiene and food safety regulations. Once a filter has been opened, handled, or installed, it can no longer be returned to our facility — even if unused — as it is considered a personal-use hygiene product.

This ensures that every customer always receives a completely new, uncontaminated product.

We understand that situations can happen — for example, if the filter doesn't fit your tap, or if you're simply not satisfied with your experience. Even though we can't accept the product back for safety reasons, we still want to be fair.

100-Day Money-Back Guarantee
That's why we offer a 100-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you'll receive 50% of your purchase price refunded — no return required.

- Refunds are processed at 50% of the product price, to your original payment method.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges if you wish to replace your product. Please contact our support team to arrange it.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

2. Provide your order number and a brief description of your request (for example, filter doesn't fit your tap, or not satisfied with the product).
3. Once verified, we will process your 50% refund or arrange your exchange.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union and your item has not been opened or used, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund under EU consumer law. The item must be returned unused, in its original sealed packaging, at your own shipping cost. Once received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

For opened or used products, our 100-day money-back guarantee applies as described above.
